At approximately 12:30 CEST on Wednesday, September 17th, an incident occurred that affected our xAPI service for multiple customers.
Our engineering team resolved it quickly once the incident was discovered, and the xAPI service is now fully operational again. The interruption was caused by an unexpected side effect of a recent update that, unfortunately, was not detected during our testing process.
During the downtime, affected customers did not receive live webhook updates. We are currently re-processing all missing data, and it will be sent out to ensure a complete resolution of this incident.
